Care

Wash before first use. Clean with warm water, mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge, then dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads. Store in a dry place when not in use.

Please note: Stainless steel may naturally develop fine surface marks with regular use. To help protect both the surface and your knives, avoid striking the board forcefully or using it with heavy cleavers. Please check the measurements carefully before selecting your preferred size.
